To view a client’s goals, use the Search button in the Top Nav Bar to find a client, click their name to go to their profile, then click Goals in the side menu.

Understanding the goals feature

The goals feature is a tool clients can use to record their fitness goals while they attend your business.

What you can do with the goals feature

The goals feature allows a client to track stats like their physical measurements, pre-workout heart rate, blood pressure, and body fat percentage, and contains custom fields for clients to track their own unique short and long-term goals. Some examples include:

  • Monitoring and updating stats – Regularly update certain fitness goals a client wants to achieve, such as lowering overall body fat percentage, or gaining muscle mass.

  • Adding custom goals – Allow each individual client to tailor-make their fitness journey with your business.

Getting started with goals

Before starting with goals, follow these steps:

  1. Set up the transformation log – The available fields in the goals tool are determined by the fields that are set up in the transformation log, so we recommend setting that up first.

  2. Start setting goals – Once the transformation log is set up, clients can sign in and start managing their goals. Staff members can also log in and manage client goals from their end, as well.

Staff role permissions

  • Only staff with the Edit client transformation log staff role permission can create and update a client’s goals.
