An enrollment list for an event displays a brief overview of client attendance for all the sessions of the event instance. You can view enrollment lists for your events, export them as .CSV files, and print physical copies for staff members, clients, or bookkeeping needs.
View an enrollment list from the schedule
Click the App Drawer button then click Schedule.
Find and select the event whose enrollment list you want to view.
Click View Attendance List.
Click View Enrollment List.
View an enrollment list from event setup
Click the App Drawer button then click Setup > Services > Events.
On the Events page, click the event you want to print the enrollment list for.
Click Manage Schedule, then Enrollment List on the right-hand side.
Export an enrollment list
Open the enrollment list for an event instance.
Click CSV to download a copy of your enrollment list in .CSV format.
Print an enrollment list
Open the enrollment list for an event instance.
Click Print.
In the Print dialog box, configure print settings as required and click Print.
