If you change the price of a membership from the Setup menu, the change won’t be applied to memberships that have already been purchased. The best way to change the price for a membership is to convert the membership after expiration.

Alternatively, the price of memberships that have already been purchased can be modified individually per client.

Key tips before you begin

  • We recommend contacting clients before you make a change to their membership price. The same method can be used to remind clients of the change once the price is changed.

  • Membership settings can’t be modified if the membership has expired.

Change a client’s membership price

To change the price of an individual client’s membership, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button, enter the client’s information in the box, and click their name to access their client profile.

  2. On the side menu, click Account > Passes & Memberships.

  3. Find the membership you want to modify. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find it in the list.

  4. Under the Action column of the membership, click the Action button and select Edit Purchase Option.

  5. Under Price, enter the new price for the membership.

  6. Click Save For [Client Name].
