After a client buys an auto-renewing Purchase Option, such as a membership or session pass, you can disable auto-renew for that client’s individual Purchase Option. This change won’t affect Purchase Options sold to other clients.
Disable auto-renew for an individual Purchase Option
To disable auto-renew for an individual Purchase Option, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button , enter the client’s information in the box, and select the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Account, then click Passes & Memberships.
In the list, find the Purchase Option for which you want to disable auto-renew.
Choose how you want to disable auto-renew for the Purchase Option:
Disable auto-renew from the Passes & Memberships.
Under the Auto-Renew column, set the Auto-Renew option to OFF.
If a membership was used to book visits that occur after its expiration date, a popup will appear. In the popup, click Disable.

Under the Action column, click the More button and select Edit Purchase Option.
Under After Expiration, select any option other than Auto-renew.
If a membership was used to book visits that occur after its expiration date, a popup will appear. In the popup, click Disable.
Click Save for [client name].
