Once you've customized your business settings and optimized your staff workflow in WellnessLiving, assess your clients' workflow to ensure a smooth Client Portal experience.
When both workflows are optimized, your business will be ready to use WellnessLiving.
To optimize your client workflow, follow these steps:
Copy the business URL for your Client Portal.
Paste the URL into a new tab on your web browser.
Sign in as a test client and assess the home page of the Client Portal.
Customize client view settings as needed.
Click the test client’s profile picture in the top-right corner, and then click My Profile to view the client profile.
To change the information displayed on client profiles, or what’s requested from clients during registration, modify your custom client fields.
Click Book Now to see the services your clients can book.
Manage book now tabs to customize or change what clients see.
If services that shouldn’t be visible appear here, they can be removed by disabling online booking.
Click Store to see what items your clients can buy.
Reorganize your store categories and layout as needed.
If items that shouldn’t be visible appear in your store, they can be removed by restricting items from appearing in the online store.
