If you’re a new WellnessLiving customer in the onboarding process with standard data migration, and you’re getting familiar with your new WellnessLiving account, it’s important to know the features you can and can’t modify until your scheduled go-live date. This article will show what you can start setting up while you’re in the process of onboarding and/or product training with one of our specialists.
If you’re migrating from Mindbody, consult with your Onboarding Specialist before making any changes to the items listed below.

Note: WellnessLiving recommends contacting your web administrator to verify and update any equivalent widgets and booking and purchase links on your website. These updates shouldn’t be published until after your go-live date.

Create email and SMS templates in Automated Marketing.
Set up your Rewards Program.
Customize your Achieve Client App.
Configure and manage your Dashboard.
Set up your Direct Mail.
Configure settings and upload videos for FitVID on Demand.
Configure settings for FitLIVE.
Items that CANNOT be updated during onboarding
Caution: Performing anything below will cause data to be overwritten during the import process.
Updates made to client profiles, including the addition of new clients to the system.
Updates made to client attendance, including but not limited to booking clients into classes or appointments.
Selling products or Purchase Options through the online store.
Storing credit card information to client profiles.
Enabling promotional options on the Promote page.
