You can adjust a membership's start date and auto-renewal date from the store.
You also have the option to:
Enable or disable auto-renewal.
Prorate the first payment so the client only pays for the days between the purchase and start date.
Let clients choose their own start date and prorated payment in the Client Portal or Achieve Client App. Prorated payments are calculated to ensure clients are charged only for the actual period used when billing dates shift, maintaining fair and accurate charges.

Change a membership's start date from the store
To change a membership's start date from the store:
Open the App Drawer
then select Store.
Search for an existing client or click Add Client to create a new one.
Under Products and Services, find the membership and click Add to Cart.
In the cart, click Action
next to the item, then select Edit Details.
Under Start On, choose a future start date.
Tip: If the start date is set to the last day of a month, future payments will always be billed on the last day of each month (Feb 28, March 21, April 30, etc.)Adjust the options as needed:
Don’t bill until this date – delay the first payment.
Auto-Renew – turn on/off automatic renewals.
Prorate first payment – charge only for the partial period before the full term begins.
Pay for prorated period only – charge only for the prorated time, not the full term.
Click Proceed to Checkout.
Choose the payment method(s) and adjust amounts if necessary.
