Restrict a product or service
Updated this week

Products, appointments, classes, events, or Purchase Options can be restricted to specific client types or members of specific client groups.

🔑Key tips before you begin

  • Clients who are restricted from purchasing a product won’t be able to view that product in the store.

  • If a product or service is restricted to multiple client types or groups, it will be available to any client who meets at least one of the conditions. They don't need to be in all of the client types or groups to see the product or service.

  • If no client types or groups are selected, these options will default to Deny all client types and Deny all client groups, which will only allow walk-in clients to purchase the product.

📋Restrict a product

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Products.
