You can control online booking access for services. By default, it’s enabled for all clients. You can disable it for clients, allowing only staff to book, or restrict it to specific client groups or client types.
Note: You can prevent a client from being able to book services online by adding a note with a flag to their client profile.
Enable online booking
To enable online booking for services, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services.
On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events.
Click the service to enable online booking for. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find it.
In Advanced Settings, under Client Online Booking, select Enable booking online.
Click Save.
Disable online booking
To disable online booking for services, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services.
On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events.
Click the service to disable online booking for. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find it.
In Advanced Settings, under Client Online Booking, select Disable booking online.
Select whether to display the service to all clients on the Client Portal or if the service is not visible to clients.
Click Save.
Restrict online booking
To restrict online booking for services, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services.
On the Services menu, click Appointments, Classes, or Events.
Click the service to restrict online booking for. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find it.
In Advanced Settings, under Client Online Booking, select Only selected client groups or types can book online and use the drop-down menus to select each client group or type that can book online.
Select whether to display the service to all clients on the Client Portal or to only display the service to selected client types or groups.
Click Save.
