View a canceled membership

You can view a specific client’s membership status on the client’s profile. You can also filter the Membership Report to see a list of clients with canceled memberships, the date their membership was canceled, and the staff member who canceled it.

View a canceled membership from a client’s profile

To view a canceled membership from a client’s profile, follow these steps:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button, enter the client’s information, and click their name to access their client profile.

  2. In the side menu, click Account > Passes & Memberships.

  3. Click Filter to open the advanced filters menu.

  4. Under the Status filter:

    1. Clear the Active checkbox.

    2. Select the Inactive checkbox.

    3. Click Apply.

  5. In the list, find the membership you want to view.

  6. To see the staff member who canceled the membership and the date it was canceled:

    • Under the Details column, click the Expand button drop down button to display the staff member who canceled the membership and the date it was canceled.

    • Under the Action column, click the Action button Image and select Payment schedule. At the top of the Payment Schedule, an alert that includes the cancellation details is displayed.

View a canceled membership from the Membership Report

To view a canceled membership from the Membership Report, follow these steps:

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click Reports > Sales > Memberships.

  2. Click Filter to open the advanced filters menu.

  3. Under the Membership Status filter:

    1. Clear the Select All checkbox.

    2. Select the Canceled Memberships checkbox.

    3. Click Apply.

  4. In the list, find the membership you want to view.

  5. To see the staff member who canceled the membership and the date it was canceled:

    1. Under the Purchase Option column, click the name of the membership.

    2. Choose how to view the cancellation details for the membership:

      • Under the Details column, click the Expand button drop down button to display the staff member who canceled the membership and the date it was canceled.

      • Under the Action column, click the Action button Image and select Payment schedule. At the top of the Payment Schedule, an alert that includes the cancellation details is displayed.
