Using WellnessLiving, clients can post reviews about your business to give you a star-based rating. These reviews are visible on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing, on your company’s Review Widget (wherever it’s embedded), and on Google reviews.
Your business has a review page where all your public reviews are visible. If you have multiple locations, each location also has a review page where reviews for that location are visible.
To encourage your clients to read and write reviews about your business and locations, you can copy and paste links to your review pages into social media posts, automated marketing campaigns, client notifications, direct messages, and anywhere else you can imagine!
Link to your business’s review page
To link to your business’s review page, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer, click View All > Setup > Business.
On the Business menu, click Business URLs.
Under General Links, next to Client reviews, click the Copy
button. Paste the link anywhere to direct clients or potential clients to your business’s reviews page.
Link to a specific location's review page
To link to a location’s review page:
Click the App Drawer, click View All > Setup > Locations.
Click the location's name.
At the top of the page, next to Review url, click the Copy
button. Paste the link anywhere to direct clients or potential clients to your location’s reviews page.
