When clients write reviews about your business, you can post public responses to your reviews, set a featured review, and flag inappropriate reviews.
Your response to a review will appear with the review on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing, your company’s Review Widget wherever it’s embedded, and with reviews on the Achieve Client App.
Featured reviews can only be set from the Customer Reviews page. Your featured review will appear at the top of your list of reviews on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and Customer Reviews page.
When you flag a review, it isn’t removed, but it’s labeled with a red flag to remind you to respond to it in the future. If you want to report a review to WellnessLiving for investigation, see Report a review.
Key tips before you begin
Staff members must be assigned a staff role with the Manage client reviews permission to respond to client reviews or flag them as inappropriate.
When a client who has completed a transaction with your business writes a review, that review will have a Verified customer badge
to let others know the feedback is from someone who has experience with your business.
If a client leaves a review with two stars or less, a WellnessLiving Administrator must approve the review before it’s posted publicly. Any review with three stars or more is visible to other users automatically.
Manage client reviews from your WellnessLiving Explorer listing
To manage client reviews from your WellnessLiving Explorer listing, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Locations.
Click the location you want to view.
Click View Business Listing.
This option is only visible when you have the WellnessLiving Explorer option set to ON.
Manage the client reviews:
To respond to a client review:
Click Add owner comment.
In the box, enter your response.
Click Submit response.
To flag an inappropriate review, click Flag as inappropriate.
To remove a flag from a review, click Remove flag.
Manage client reviews from the Customer Reviews page
To manage client reviews from the Customer Reviews page, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Reviews.
Find the review you want to manage and click the Action
button.
Manage the client review:
To respond to or edit a response to the client review:
Click Add business reply or Edit business reply.
On the Edit review page, under Owner Comment, enter your response.
Click Save.
To set the review as a featured review:
Click Mark as featured review.
To flag the review as inappropriate:
Click Add business reply or Edit business reply.
Click Flag as inappropriate.
In the confirmation box, click Flag.
Click Save.
Manage client reviews from your Review Widget
To manage client reviews from your Review Widget, follow these steps:
Open the page on which your Review Widget is embedded.
If you didn’t select All locations when setting up the widget, only reviews for the selected location will appear.
Manage the client reviews:
To respond to a client review:
Click Add owner comment.
In the box, enter your response.
Click Submit review.
To flag an inappropriate review:
Click Flag as inappropriate.
In the confirmation box, click OK.
