Manually change a client type

You can manually changing the client type assigned to a client from their client profile. Manually changed client types appear in red.

Manually change a client type

To manually change the client type:

  1. On the Top Nav Bar, click Search Image and enter the client’s information, then click the client’s name.

  2. On the Overview page, hover over the client type icon and click Edit Image

  3. Select the client type and click OK Image

  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click OK.

    • Click Enable Client Type Auto-update Image to automatically update the client type based on that client’s purchases.
