After a client purchases an automatically renewing membership, staff members can modify the auto-payment date on a per-client basis. This setting can be used to ensure that all scheduled auto-payments occur on a specific date.
This update aligns with WellnessLiving's system-wide policy to standardize billing dates to the 15th of each month. Staff cannot revert billing dates to earlier cycles such as the 26th due to system limitations.
Key tips before you begin
Memberships that expire after a set number of visits aren't renewed on the same day each month; these passes renew automatically when all sessions are used up.
Set the start date one full payment period before the next date. For example, for monthly payments, if you want the next payment on February 15, set the start date to January 15.
Any changes to payment schedules will also adjust the expiration dates of memberships. Additionally, enabling the Prorate First Payment option and setting it to $0 can prevent supplemental charges.
