You can group your Book-a-Spot assets into different asset categories to keep them organized. Asset categories appear as expandable headings on the Bookable Assets page.
Create an asset category
To create an asset category:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.Click Add Category.
Enter the name of the new category.
Modify an asset category
To modify an asset category:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.Click the category's name to enter a new name for it.
Click the up and down arrows to move the category up or down on the page.
Click Asset layout to modify the asset layout.
Delete an asset category
Note: You can only delete empty asset categories.
To delete an asset category:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Services > Book-a-Spot.Next to the category name, click the Remove
button.
