If the event’s booking policies allow for make-up sessions, clients that miss a session can have their missed session applied as a make-up session at a later date.
Key tips
Late cancels are not eligible for make-up sessions.
The price of the make-up session should be equal to or less than the price of the actual event.
Apply a make-up session
To apply a make-up session:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search
button, enter the client’s information, and click their name to access their client profile.
In the side menu, select Attendance > Attendance History.
Click the Remove Visit button for the missed session.
Next to the session you want to set as the make-up session, click the Edit button in the Paid With column.
In the Edit menu, select the Purchase Option from the client’s session you previously canceled.
Click the Apply button to confirm the payment.
