You can design your Lead Capture Widget by creating a custom widget skin. You can also customize the widget skin to determine what information must be collected from clients when staff members manually add a new lead.
Key tips
Any design changes made to Lead Capture Widget skins won’t be displayed on Presence websites. Widgets on Presence websites match the customized website design.
Google and Facebook analytics tracking for your Lead Capture Widget are enabled from the Client Portal settings.
New clients that sign up through the Lead Capture Widget are assigned a Prospect client type in your business. If you choose to offer a free Purchase Option to clients who sign up through the Lead Capture Widget, the free Purchase Option will be displayed on the Activity page on the client’s profile along with the name of the Lead Capture Widget.
