To access your Lead Capture Widget, click the App Drawer 
, then click View All > Setup > Website Widgets > Lead Capture.
Understanding the Lead Capture Widget
The Lead Capture Widget is a type of widget that allows you to collect information from prospective clients on your business’s website or Facebook page. Any prospective client who enters their personal information on the widget will have a client profile automatically created for them with your business.
What you can do with the Lead Capture Widget
With the Lead Capture Widget, you can connect with new clients in a few ways:
Collect specific client information – Get the info you need from clients to provide them with personalized marketing campaigns.
Offer free items – Offer free items, such as a Purchase Option, to encourage new clients to sign up with your business.
Getting started with the Lead Capture Widget
Create or modify for the Lead Capture Widget – Create or modify the structure and design of the widget.
Embed the widget or widget button – Add the widget or widget button to your website or Facebook page so that your clients can interact with the widget without being redirected to another page.
Display your schedule – Once everything is set up, you can begin displaying your Lead Capture Widget on your website or Facebook page.
Key tips
Automated communications with clients after signup
Any client who signs up through the Lead Capture Widget will receive a welcome email with their sign in credentials. Likewise, if you have a purchase campaign set up for Purchase Options in your automated marketing, clients who receive a free Purchase Option through the Lead Capture Widget will be sent the corresponding notification.
Widget display on Presence websites
Any design changes made to Lead Capture Widget skins won’t be displayed on Presence websites because the widget adheres to the customized website design. However, structural changes to Lead Capture Widget skins will be displayed.
Standard versus New widget code
When copying this widget's code to your website, you can select between using the Standard widget code or New widget code. The New widget code option uses a layout coded with a modern framework for additional functionality.
