Manage your CAP Subscription

Through the Staff Back Office, you can set up and manage your CrossFit® Affiliate Programming (CAP) subscription to integrate with your WellnessLiving business.

Key tips

  • Be sure to check your business email inbox for notifications about your CAP subscription.

  • CAP subscriptions can be canceled or reactivated at any time.

Set up your CAP subscription

To set up your CAP subscription:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Marketplace.

  2. Under CAP Programming, click Subscribe.

  3. Enter your CrossFit Affiliate ID in the popup. Click the link in the popup if you need help finding it.

Note: If your Affiliate ID is marked as invalid, click Resubmit request and double-check that the ID is correct. Contact Wellnessliving for further support.

Your CAP subscription will then undergo review by a WellnessLiving admin. Once your CAP subscription is approved, your WOD schedule will instantly update with the upcoming week’s CAP programming. This means you’ll see next week’s workouts added to your calendar right away.

After that, new CAP workouts will be added to your schedule every Thursday morning. These updates include programming for the following week (a week and a half in advance), giving you plenty of time to review and make any edits before the workouts go live to your clients.

Cancel your CAP subscription

To cancel your CAP subscription:

  1. Open the App Drawer then click View All > FitBUILDER > Marketplace.

  2. Under CAP Subscription, click Cancel.

  3. In the confirmation popup, click Cancel.

Your CAP subscription will be listed as Deactivated on the Workout Marketplace page.

Note: Click Resubmit Request to restart the activation process at any time.
