To create a membership, click on the App Drawer , then click Setups > Store Configuration > Purchase Options
Understanding memberships
A membership is a type of Purchase Option clients can use to pay when booking a service at your business. Memberships will expire when the specified duration is reached (for example 12 months), but can be set to renew automatically, or convert into a different membership.
What you can do with memberships
Memberships can be created for all available service types enabled in your business. This includes:
Appointments
Classes
Events
Assets
Gym visits
FitVID
Account tab
Account tab memberships add monetary value to a client’s account balance based on the predetermined amount per membership period. For example, a membership with a $20 auto-payment every month will add $20 to the client’s account balance each month.
Getting started with memberships
Before clients can start purchasing and using memberships, follow these steps:
Create the membership – Use the Staff Back Office of WellnessLiving to setup the membership settings.
Sell the Purchase Option – Once everything is set up, clients can begin purchasing the membership in your store.
Key tips
Viewing memberships
Staff members can view information for a client’s membership on the client’s Passes & Memberships page.
Clients can view information for their memberships on the Passes & Memberships tab in the Client Web App or by viewing their past purchases on the Achieve Client App.
