Understanding FitVID on Demand
FitVID on Demand allows you to upload and store videos in WellnessLiving. Clients can watch your videos through the Client Web App or the Achieve Client App. For more information, see Client Web App: Watching a video and Achieve Client App: Watching FitVID on Demand videos.
There are two types of attendance reports that can be used to track metrics for your FitVID videos:
The Video Metrics Summary Report provides a high-level overview of essential video metrics such as total views, average views per client, and average view duration.
The Video Metrics Details Report provides details on how your clients interact with your videos. This includes when clients view videos, the methods they use to view them, and which videos they’ve viewed.

With FitVID on Demand, you can create a branded online curriculum for your clients directly from your WellnessLiving software. Drive engagement with your clients, create new streams of income, and increase your business’s reach as far as you want with your online video library. What you can do with FitVID on Demand
FitVID on Demand can be used in several ways to help improve your business. Below are some of the ways our customers use FitVID on Demand most effectively:
Control access – Place your videos in video categories to permit specific client types and client groups to access your videos.
Create new memberships – You can also create a FitVID Videos membership that allows clients to access your entire video library or only specific video categories for a set amount of time. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership.
Sort your videos how you want – You can sort the videos by the upload date, alphabetically, or by custom order. With custom order, you can drag and drop the videos to the order that you want. The order you define in the Staff Back Office automatically becomes the default order in the Client Web App.
Getting started with FitVID on Demand
Before your clients can start watching your videos, follow these steps:
Review plans – Review the FitVID on Demand plans and pick the option that’s right for your business.
Record a video – Record your first video.
You can record the virtual sessions you host in FitLIVE by setting the Automatically upload recorded meetings to FitVID on Demand option on the FitLIVE settings page to ON.
Upload the video – Upload your first video.
Make videos available – Let your clients start watching your videos on the Achieve Client App and Client Web App.
Key tips
Limitations
You can store up to 100GB of videos with FitVID on Demand. Videos can be uploaded as MOV or MP4 files, and they can each be a maximum size of 2GB.
To view the amount of storage you’ve used, see Total Uploaded on the Subscription Plans
Elevate Staff App
You can’t upload videos with FitVID on Demand through the Elevate Staff App.
