To access your locations, click the App Drawer , then click View All > Setup > Locations.

Understanding locations

Locations in WellnessLiving are the online representation of your physical business locations. You can create and manage locations in WellnessLiving to support your physical business locations. Each location has customizable details, such as a name, amenities, business hours, booking policies, and its own business page in the WellnessLiving Explorer Listing.

Getting started with locations

Before clients can access your locations through WellnessLiving, complete the following steps:

  1. Set up your business – Before you begin adding and modifying locations, we recommend you first set up your business by completing the following steps:

  2. Add your locations – After setting up your business, you can begin adding each of your locations to WellnessLiving.
    Caution: Adding a new location requires additional costs. If you’ve signed up for the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your monthly White Label fee will increase for every location you add.

  3. Optimize your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and workflows – To ensure your prospective clients, existing clients, and staff members always receive the best experience, we recommend optimizing your WellnessLiving Explorer listing, your client workflow, and your staff workflow.
