Add or modify a location

Each location represents on of your physical business sites. Locations include customizable details such as name, amenities, business hours, booking policies, and a dedicated business page in the WellnessLiving Explorer listing.

Caution: Each new location is subject to additional subscription fees. If you’ve signed up for the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your monthly White Label fee increases for every location added.

Key tips before you begin

  • If your new location requires a separate merchant account and you need to transfer client credit card information from the old location, contact [email protected] or call 1-888-668-7728.

  • To display the phone number for a location on its associated WellnessLiving Explorer listing or the location information for classes, appointments, and events on the Book Now tab of the Client Portal, contact WellnessLiving support.

Add or modify a location

To add or modify a location, complete the following:

  1. To add a location, contact sales at 1-888-668-7728 or [email protected].

  2. To modify an existing location, open the App Drawer then click View All > Setup > Locations. Click the location name.

  3. Enter the required information:

    1. Enter the General Information about this location. Required fields are indicated by red asterisks.

      1. Enter the full address, including the ZIP or postal code, so your location appears in WellnessLiving Explorer.

      2. Select the Time zone. When you change the time zone for a location, the time for scheduled services are automatically updated.

    2. To display your location’s phone number in WellnessLiving Explorer and Achieve Client App set this option to ON.

  4. Configure the settings and integrations that will show for clients and prospects in the WellnessLiving Explorer:
