When you add a location, you provide the location’s general information, such as name, address, and contact details.
After adding a location, you can configure other information about the location, such as the location’s business description in the WellnessLiving Explorer and its business hours.
The general information you set for a location is displayed on its WellnessLiving business page and in the Achieve Client App for clients to see.
Caution: If you’ve signed up for the White Label version of the Achieve Client App, your Monthly White Label Fee will increase for every location you add. See Achieve Client App: White Label Fees for more information.
Key tips before you begin
If you change the time zone for a location, the time for scheduled services will automatically be updated to reflect the changes made.
If you require a separate merchant account for a location, contact [email protected] or call 1-888-668-7728.
Client credit card information won’t be available in a new location created with a separate merchant account. Contact [email protected] to transmit your clients’ credit card information from the old location to the new one.
When you enter the Address line for a location, you must include the correct address with a ZIP or postal code to display the location’s business page on WellnessLiving Explorer.
To display the phone number for a location on its associated WellnessLiving Explorer listing or the location information for classes, appointments, and events on the Book Now tab of the Client Portal, please contact WellnessLiving support.
Add or modify a location
To add or modify a location, complete the following:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Setup > Locations.
Add or modify a location:
To add a location, click Add Location.
To modify an existing location, click the location name. You may have to browse the list, use the Search option, or filter the list to find the location.
Enter the required information:
In the General tab, enter the general information about this location in the fields. Required fields are indicated by red asterisks.
Next to the Time zone field, select the time zone for this location.
Under Phone, set Publish phone number on your business page to ON to display your phone number on your WellnessLiving Explorer listing and in the Achieve Client App.
Configure any optional settings:
If your business has more than one location, the following optional settings can be modified under the Publish tab:
