Understanding receipts
After every purchase, an invoice receipt is generated by the WellnessLiving system. These receipts can be printed or emailed to the client who purchased them at any time.
There are three types of receipts in WellnessLiving:
Tip receipt – A receipt that indicates a tip amount, printed during checkout for a client.
Purchase receipt – A receipt sent to the client when they make a purchase.
Sales receipt – A receipt sent to the customer when a staff member processes a sale on behalf of the customer.
What you can do with receipts
Email receipts to your clients after completing sales transactions.
Print receipts for your clients to provide a physical record of a sale.
Add custom text or notes to your receipts to add additional info, promotional offers, or your business slogan.

Customizing receipts
Changes made to the text or variables included in the Sales Receipt or Purchase Receipt email notifications won’t be reflected on printed receipts.
