Why can’t WellnessLiving refund a transaction from another software?

Your WellnessLiving business is not connected to other business management software, and transaction data can’t be shared or imported.

When refunding transactions processed using software other than WellnessLiving, you must process them using cash or by crediting the client’s account balance. You can’t use any other payment method to process them.

What should I do next?
