WellnessLiving offers several subscription plans for Message Center. Each plan includes a specific number of marketing SMS messages that your business can use on a monthly basis.
Key tips
Message Center is currently only available to businesses in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia. Businesses based in the British Isles outside of the UK can register for Message Center using a mainland UK phone number.
If you’re subscribed to the SMS Message Center 1000 plan or higher, the number of marketing SMS messages sent and received for the month is applied to your entire business. If you have a business with more than one location, messages are shared between all your locations.
Businesses located in the US or Canada that are subscribed to the Business plan get 500 free marketing messages per month for each location.
View or upgrade your subscription plan
To view and upgrade your subscription plan, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Messages > Subscription plans.On the Subscription Plans page, view the details of your subscription plan.
To upgrade your plan, click Upgrade Plan.
Select the plan you want to subscribe to and click Get Started.
Track usage
To track usage for your subscription plan, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All > Reports > Marketing > SMS History Report.Refer to the Marketing summary card for the total marketing SMS sent during the selected date range.
Message Center subscription plans and fees for the US and Canada
Note: If you’re subscribed to the Business plan and you’re subscribed to the SMS Message Center 1000 or higher plan, you’ll receive an additional 500 SMS messages per month per location for free.

Overage charges of $0.05 USD will apply for each additional marketing message sent or received above the monthly limit.

SMS Message Center 1000 | This plan is priced at $39 USD per month and it allows you to send and receive 1000 marketing SMS messages per month.
Overage charges of $0.040 USD will apply for each additional marketing message sent or received above the monthly limit.
Note: Customers subscribed to a WellnessLiving Enterprise plan can start using this plan and access Message Center at no additional cost. |
SMS Message Center 2500 | This plan is priced at $89 USD per month and it allows you to send and receive 2500 marketing SMS messages per month.
Overage charges of $0.035 USD will apply for each additional marketing message sent or received above the monthly limit. |
SMS Message Center 5000 | This plan is priced at $149 USD per month and it allows you to send and receive 5000 marketing SMS messages per month.
Overage charges of $0.030 USD will apply for each additional marketing message sent or received above the monthly limit. |
SMS Message Center 10000 | This plan is priced at $249 USD per month and it allows you to send and receive 10,000 marketing SMS messages per month.
Overage charges of $0.025 USD will apply for each additional marketing message sent or received above the monthly limit. |
SMS Message Center 25000 | This plan is priced at $375 USD per month and it allows you to send and receive 25,000 marketing SMS messages per month.
