View and manage your billing information as a client

As a client, you can easily manage billing info on your client profile from either your desktop or mobile device using the Client Portal or Achieve Client App.

Key tips before you begin

  • When no default payment method is selected, the most recent credit card or ACH payment method saved to a client profile will be used for automatic billing.

  • You can only add a credit card or ACH information to a linked profile if you switch to the linked profile.

  • Clients can’t delete credit card or ACH billing information, only staff members can do this.

Desktop - Client Portal

To view your billing information, click My Profile > Billing in the top menu.

Make a payment or add to your account balance

To make a payment or add funds to your account balance on the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Under Account Balance, click Make a payment.

  2. Under Account Payment, enter the amount you want to add to your account balance.

  3. Select a payment method:

    • To pay with a new debit or credit card, click Add new and enter the necessary billing information.

    • If you select multiple payment methods, the payment will be split equally between the different methods, but you can adjust the amounts by entering a custom value under Payment Amount for each method.

  4. Click Complete.

Redeem a gift card

To redeem a gift card on the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Under Gift Card Redemption, enter the code.

  2. Click Redeem.

Add a credit card

To add a credit card in the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Under Saved Credit Cards, click Add Credit Card.

  2. Enter your credit card information and billing details in the appropriate fields.

    • Select Set as default payment method to make this your default payment method.

  3. Click Save.

Add an ACH account

To add an ACH account in the Client Portal, follow these steps:

  1. Under Saved ACH accounts, click Add ACH account.

  2. Enter your ACH account information and billing details in the appropriate fields.

    • Select Set as default payment method to make this your default payment method.

  3. Click Save.

Mobile - Achieve Client App

To view your billing information, tap the My Profile tab and then tap Billing.

Make a payment or add to your account balance

To make a payment or add funds to your account balance on the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Under Current Balance, tap Make a Payment.

  2. Enter the amount you want to pay towards your account balance in the Account Payment field.

  3. Select a payment method:

    • To pay with a new debit or credit card, click Add new and enter the necessary billing information.

    • If you select multiple payment methods, the payment will be split equally between the different methods, but you can adjust the amounts by entering a custom value under Payment Amount for each method.

  4. Click Complete.

To redeem a gift card on the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Under Gift Card Redemption, enter the code.

  2. Tap Apply.

To add a credit card in the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Under Credit Cards, tap Add Credit Card.

  2. Enter your credit card information and billing details in the appropriate fields.

  3. Tap Save.

Add an ACH account

To add an ACH account in the Achieve Client App, follow these steps:

  1. Under ACH Accounts, tap Add New ACH Account.

  2. Enter your ACH account information and billing details in the appropriate fields.

  3. Tap Save.
