The Billing Information page allows you to set up and review the credit card(s) and ACH account(s) you use to pay for your services with WellnessLiving. You can store multiple methods of payment and set a credit card or ACH account as the default mode of payment for all transactions with WellnessLiving.

Note: The ACH account option is only available for businesses in the US and can only be set up by WellnessLiving support. For more information, contact WellnessLiving support.

Set up your billing information

  1. Click the App Drawer button then click Setup > Business > Billing Information.

  2. Click Add Payment Method.

  3. Enter the required credit card and billing information.

  4. To set this as the default payment method for all transactions in WellnessLiving, select the Set as default payment method checkbox.

  5. Click Save.

Headings on the Billing Information page:

The following information will be visible after you have added one or more credit card(s) or ACH account(s).

Credit Cards

Heading

Description

Card Type

Displays whether the credit card is Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.

Card Number

Displays the last four digits of the credit card.

Name on Card

Displays the name of the credit card holder.

Expires

Displays the expiry date of the credit card.

Billing Address

Displays the mailing address associated with the credit card.

Status

Displays the current state of the credit card. If a credit card’s expiration date has passed, the status will be set to Expired. If a credit card has been set as the default mode of payment, the status is Default.

Action

Click the Action button

  • Edit – Edit the details of the credit card.

  • Delete – Delete all stored information for the credit card. This option is only visible for an expired credit card.

  • Set as Default – Set the credit card as the default mode of payment. This option isn’t available if the credit card has expired or if you are selecting the current Default.

ACH Account

Heading

Description

Name of Account

Displays the name of the ACH account holder.

Account Number

Displays the last four digits of the ACH account number.

Account Holder Type

Displays whether the ACH account is a business account or the business owner’s personal account.

Account Type

Displays whether the ACH account is a checking account or a savings account.

Billing Address

Displays the mailing address associated with the ACH account.

Status

Displays the status of the bank account. If the ACH account is selected as the default mode of payment, the status is set to Default.

Action

Click the Action button

  • Edit – Edit the details of the ACH account.

  • Delete – Delete all stored information for the ACH account.

  • Set as Default – Set the ACH account as the default method of payment.
