To access your client profile from the Client Portal, click My Profile in the top menu. Click the tabs at the top of the page to explore the different sections of your profile.
Profile section | Description |
Overview | View your profile information, active Purchase Options, Purchase Options on hold, activity, alerts, reward points, and belts. From here, you can click Edit profile to modify their profile information. |
Profile Details | From here, you can modify your profile information, manage your family members, and manage your social connections. |
Activity | See your completed activities like service bookings, payments, and purchases. |
Passes & Memberships | Your session passes and memberships. From here, you can email and print receipts for their purchases, opt out of Purchase Options that are set to auto-renew or convert, and view payment schedules. |
Billing | Your billing information, including account balance, account history, saved credit cards, and saved ACH accounts. From here, you can manage their billing information and redeem gift cards. |
Transactions | Your transactions and refunds. From here, you can view your transaction history and email or print receipts for their transactions. Clicking a Purchase Option in the Purchase column will take you to the Passes & Memberships tab. For more information, see Client Portal: Viewing transactions. |
Transformation | Your entries in the transformation log. From here, you can add new transformation logs, modify existing transformation logs, export or print your transformation log history, and compare your transformation logs over different dates. For more information, see Client Portal: Adding and comparing transformation logs. |
Goals | Your fitness goals. From here, you can add or update goals. For more information, see Client Portal: Viewing, creating, or updating your goals. |
Forms | Your completed and outstanding forms. For more information, see Client Portal: Viewing your forms. |
Contracts | View and agree to contracts related to Purchase Options or events. Contracts that have been signed will display the date the contract was signed and an image of the signature. You can also print or email the signed contracts for your own records. |
Waiver | Your online waivers associated with relevant Purchase Options or events. Any unsigned waivers can be agreed to from here. Waivers that have been signed will display the date the waiver was signed and an image of the signature. You can also print or email the signed waivers for your own records. |
Notifications | Your communications settings for the business’s automated notifications and marketing campaigns. From here, you can opt-in or opt-out of receiving email or SMS notifications that communicate your upcoming schedule and services, account management activities, and the business’s news and updates.
