Achieve Client App: Profile options

This article outlines a variety of useful tools and settings that can be found in the My Profile tab of the Achieve Client App.

Description

Edit profile

Tap this option to edit your client profile across the system.

Client ID

Your unique client ID that you can use to check in to a business via the Self Check-In Web App. You’ll need to display this barcode on your mobile device for a staff member to check you in using a barcode scanner.

If you have family members associated with your client profile, tap the profile of a family member to access their account.

Notifications

Tap this option to view any unread notifications in your Achieve Client App.

Alerts

Tap this option to view user alerts or flags that have been added to your client profile. You can tap on long alerts or flags to display the full message. You can also tap on other alert types to address them:

  • Tap on a transformation log alert to go to the Transformation Log screen and enter an update.

  • Tap on an account balance alert to go to the Billing & Payments screen and make a payment.

Tap this option to view or edit your individual billing information, including account balance, account history, saved credit cards, and saved ACH accounts. You can also redeem any gift cards or Daily Deal Redemption Codes by entering the code in the labelled box.

Tap this option to search and view your purchases.

Tap this option to view your rewards points, contests, and prizes.

My Activity

Tap this option to view your recent activity on WellnessLiving including booked services, attended services, and earned reward points. You can also opt out of email notifications and alerts from this page.

Tap this option to track your fitness, enter new logs, and compare with past logs.

Logbook

Tap this option to view your FitBUILDER workout of the day (WOD) results.

  • Note: This option is only available if the business is subscribed to the white label Achieve Client App.

Tap this option to record and track your fitness goals.

Tap this option to view any waivers you’ve signed with the business, along with the date the waiver was signed and an image of the signature.

Forms

Tap this option to view any forms you’ve completed or need to complete.

Tap this option to contact Support, view information about your app, change your notification preference, or connect your social media accounts.
