Client Icons

Updated this week

Client Icons

Client icons appear in key areas of WellnessLiving where client details are displayed, giving you quick insights into a client’s status, history, and any actions that may be needed. These icons let you see important information—like unpaid visits, unsigned forms, or account alerts—at a glance.

Client icon meanings and actions

As you navigate the software, client names are often displayed alongside key details like profile picture, ID, phone number, and email address. Many of these details are paired with client icons that provide quick insights into the client’s status.

  • Click an icon to open the relevant section of the software, where you can view full details or take action.

  • Hover over an icon to see a tooltip with more information or any required actions.

Other icons that may appear alongside client names include attendance icons and customizable client type icons.

Here’s an overview of the client icons and what each one represents:

Milestones

Milestone icons are visible on the day the client hits predefined visit milestones. Use client groups to make these icons persistent.

Visit milestones icons represent 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000+ total visits.

  • A green dollar amount is a credit on their account.

  • A red dollar amount is their outstanding balance.
