WellnessLiving integrates with Google Analytics to track user interactions and behavior on the Client Portal, Achieve Client App, or website widgets.

Below is a list of information that Google Analytics can track when integrated with WellnessLiving.

Pageviews

WellnessLiving can track the number of times each page or screen is viewed on the Client Portal, Achieve Client App, or website widgets. This helps identify popular pages and where users spend the most time.

Event Tracking

WellnessLiving can use Google Analytics to monitor specific user actions, referred to by google as “Events.” Note that these are not the same as WellnessLiving events.

Google Analytics events consist of things such as booking an appointment, making a purchase, or submitting a form. This provides valuable insights into user engagement and conversion metrics.

Below are some examples of Google Analytics “events” that can be used to track user actions in WellnessLiving:

  • Add_payment_info – Tracks when payment information is added during the checkout process. This is triggered when a client clicks the Check Out button.

  • Add_to_cart – Tracks when anything is added to a client’s cart, such as a service booking, Purchase Option, gift card, or any contracts associated with a service booking or Purchase Option.

  • Booking_completed – Tracks when a service is successfully booked. The following information is recorded and sent to Google Analytics:

    • Service name

    • Location of the service

    • Date of the service

    • Staff member who hosted the service

    • Time of the service in the local time zone

    • Any purchased add-ons, including the quantity

  • Complete_registration – Tracks when a new client profile is created.

  • Initiate_Checkout – Tracks when a client clicks the Check Out button.

  • Lead_form_initiated – Tracks when a client begins filling in details on a form.

  • Purchase – Tracks when a client lands on the Booking and Purchase confirmation pages after checking out.

  • Purchase_information – Tracks the name, price, and quantity of what the client purchased.

  • Schedule – Tracks when a service booking is initiated.

User Behavior Analysis

WellnessLiving can analyze user behavior based on data provided by Google Analytics. These behaviors include:

  • Session duration – The total amount of time a user spends on your site or app.

  • Bounce rate – The rate at which clients quickly leave your site or app.

  • Pages per session – The total number of pages a user accessed during their session.

Understanding how long clients spend on your site or app and how many pages they interact with can help you optimize the usability of your site or app to improve the overall user experience.

Audience Insights

WellnessLiving can leverage Google Analytics to identify key insights for your clients. These insights include:

  • Demographic information – The age, gender, and so on of each user. This is gathered from the information provided by each client in their client profile.

  • Interests – Topics that may be of interest to the user based on pages the user has viewed, sessions they’ve booked, items they’ve purchased, and so on.

  • Geographic location – An approximation of the user’s location when they accessed your site or app.

  • Device usage statistics – Whether the user accessed your site or app from a desktop/laptop computer or a mobile device.
