Below is a list of questions frequently asked by clients of businesses that use WellnessLiving.

What is WellnessLiving?

WellnessLiving is an all-in-one business management software used by fitness studios, yoga studios, gyms, spas, salons, and other businesses devoted to health and wellness.

By using WellnessLiving’s software, the businesses you visit every day can serve you better.

What are the benefits of having a WellnessLiving account?

Once registered, you can sign in to book services, check your schedule, and make purchases. If you’re a member of multiple businesses, you can easily switch between them.

You may receive automated notifications and marketing communications from the businesses you sign up with via email, SMS, or push notifications. You can manage your notification preferences at any time.

I never signed up with you, why is my data in your system?

You may have visited a studio or gym in the past that uses WellnessLiving, or made a reservation through a booking partner such as Wellhub or ClassPass. Your profile data may also have been imported from a previous software provider that your favorite business used.

How do I delete my profile?

To have your profile removed, please contact the business that you have a profile with. The business can deactivate your profile.

If you’re a client of a business that uses the Achieve Client App, you can disable your account from the app.

How do I remove my credit card or ACH account?

If your profile information was migrated from another software, or you made a purchase using a credit card or ACH account, your payment information may have been saved to your client profile.

If you want to have your payment information removed from your profile, please contact the business that you have a profile with. The business can remove your information.

How do I cancel my membership?

To have your membership canceled, please contact the business that you have a profile with.

Why didn’t I get rewards points for referring a friend?

Rewards points won't be awarded to clients unless the following requirements are met:

  • Referral rewards points are enabled.

  • The client hasn’t reached the maximum number of rewards points for referrals.

  • The referring client’s information is associated with the referred client’s profile.

Check with the business to see which of these may be causing the issue.
