How do I delete my profile?
How do I delete my profile?
To delete your account, WellnessLiving offers several options:
Account Deletion via Achieve Client App
If you wish to delete your account with a business on the WellnessLiving platform, you can do so directly through the Achieve Client App. Here’s how:
Open the Achieve Client App.
Navigate to My Profile.
Tap Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Choose the business you wish to remove your profile from. Important Note: Deleting your account will remove your access to that business and prevent you from booking services through them in the future. Make sure you’re ready to lose access before proceeding.
Deactivating Your Account
If you’re looking to deactivate your account instead of deleting it, WellnessLiving policies allow businesses to deactivate profiles rather than permanently delete them. For deactivation:
Contact the business directly to request account deactivation.
The business staff will process your request and update your information in their system accordingly. Why Deactivation? Once you’ve had activity with a business, your profile cannot be permanently erased due to WellnessLiving’s policies. Instead, a deactivated profile will no longer be active or accessible.
Key Considerations
Data Ownership: WellnessLiving does not manage client data or accounts directly. Each business using the platform has full control, which is why account deactivation requires contacting the business.
Consequences of Deletion: Deleting your account may permanently impact your ability to re-engage with a business’s services. Consider deactivation if you’re uncertain about future interactions. To have your profile removed, please contact the business that you have a profile with. The business can deactivate your profile.
If you’re a client of a business that uses the Achieve Client App, you can disable your account from the app.
