A client profile is created automatically for each staff member alongside their staff profile. You can view a staff member’s client profile to interact with them as you would any client at your business.
To open a staff member’s client profile, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button then click Setup > Staff > Staff Members.
Click the staff member whose profile you want to view. Use the Search option or add filters to easily find them.
Click the Action buttonthen click Switch to client profile.
Note: You can also access a staff member’s client profile by clicking the Search button in the Top Nav Bar, entering the staff member’s information in the box, then clicking the staff member’s name in the list displayed.
