Understanding staff member profiles
In WellnessLiving, a staff member profile is a record of each staff member who works for your business.
What you can do with staff member profiles
Use a staff member profile to manage a staff member’s general information, the services they provide, their pay rates, and more. For more information, see Staff member profile fields.
Getting started with staff member profiles
Configure the staff role permissions – In the Setup menu, go to Staff > Staff Roles and configure the staff role permissions for your business. For more information, see Staff role permissions.
Create a staff member profile – Once the staff role permissions are configured, add staff member profiles to your business.
Provide the sign in credentials to your staff members – Once everything is set up, you can provide the sign in credentials and the staff sign in link to your staff members.
To access the staff sign in link, in the Setup menu, go to Business > Business URLs, and next to Staff sign in, click the Copy to clipboard button to copy the URL.

Client profiles
Every staff member account has a corresponding client profile, which can be easily opened and viewed from the staff member’s profile. For more information see Opening a staff member’s client profile.
Deactivating and reactivating a staff member’s account
You can deactivate or reactivate a staff member’s account from their staff member profile page. For more information, see Deactivating or reactivating a staff member.
