To access the Social Sharing Summary Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Attendance > Social Sharing Summary.

The Social Sharing Summary Report is an attendance report that tracks how often clients share reviews, bookings, purchases, or locations for your business on Facebook or Twitter within a selected date range. It provides an overview of client social media sharing behavior, with summary cards highlighting key information.

Summary card

Description

Total Shared

The total number of reviews, purchases, and locations shared by clients on Facebook or Twitter during the selected date range.

Total Review Sharing

The total number of times clients shared a review of your business on Facebook or Twitter during the selected date range.

Total Purchase Sharing

The total number of times clients shared a purchase made at your business on Facebook or Twitter during the selected date range.

Total Location Sharing

The total number of times clients shared your business locations on Facebook or Twitter during the selected date range.

Headings in the Social Sharing Summary Report

Heading

Description

Client

The name, email, and profile image of the client.

Relevant details about this customer, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

Purchase Sharing

The total number of times this client has shared a purchase they made at your business on Facebook or Twitter.

Location Sharing

The total number of times this client has shared one of your business locations on Facebook or Twitter.

Review Sharing

The total number of times this client has shared a review of your business on Facebook or Twitter.

Book Sharing

The total number of times this client has shared a booking at your business on Facebook or Twitter.

Client Types

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client type.

Client Groups

Determines which clients to include in the report based on their client group.

Shared Via

Determines which clients to include in the report based on which social media platform they used to share your location, a purchase, or a review.
