All default payment methods available in WellnessLiving are enabled by default. You can enable or disable any of your default or custom payment methods, as well as configure which credit card types are accepted at your business.
For more information about managing credit cards on a client’s profile, see Managing a client’s credit card information or Saving a client’s ACH account information. These payment methods apply to both your online store and POS terminals at your business.
Note: A disabled custom payment method won’t be available for clients to use or add to their account. If a client already has a custom payment added to their account and it is disabled, the payment method will be visible on their account, but it will be unavailable for use.
Enable or disable payment methods
Click the App Drawer button , then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Store Settings.
Scroll down to Payment Methods, click each relevant payment method you wish to enable or disable. Enabled default payment methods appear in blue whereas enabled custom payment methods appear in green, and disabled payment methods appear in grey.
Click Save.
Configure which credit cards are accepted at your business
Click the App Drawer button , then click View All > Setup > Store Configuration > Store Settings.
Scroll down to Accepted Credit Cards, set each option to ON or OFF. Credit card types set to OFF can’t be used to make purchases.
Click Save.
