You can control which buttons appear on the Top Nav Bar to make navigation simpler and more efficient for you and your staff members.
To rearrange the Top Nav Bar, simply click and hold the button you want to move and drag it to a new location on the bar. You can also add or remove buttons on the Top Nav Bar, based on the features available in the App Drawer.
You can further customize your Top Nav Bar by changing the colors, icon sizes, and button labels.
Key tips before you begin
The Search, Help, and User Menu buttons can’t be rearranged or removed from the Top Nav Bar.
Zooming in using your browser will cause some of the Top Nav Bar icons to disappear from the screen. We recommend retaining the browser’s default 100% zoom to ensure the Top Nav Bar icons are all visible.
Add or remove a button from the Top Nav Bar
To add or remove a button from the Top Nav Bar, follow these steps:
Click the App Drawer button
then click View All.In the list of apps, find the app that you want to pin to or unpin from the Top Nav Bar. You can filter the list by entering the app name in the Search.
Hover your mouse over the app and click the Action
button.In the Action menu, select either Pin to Top Nav Bar or Unpin from Top Nav Bar.
