Staff can cancel or deactivate event purchases. Canceling removes the client from all upcoming sessions, and the purchase can’t be used for future sessions.
Key tips
Canceling an event purchase removes the client from all future sessions and blocks them from using it for services. Staff can also choose to remove them from past sessions. Canceled purchases can’t be reactivated.
Deactivating an event purchase stops the client from using it for future sessions, but past attendance stays the same. If they early cancel a session, it’s added back to their remaining visits. You can reactivate the purchase anytime and use unused visits for other services like makeup sessions.
An event purchase can only be canceled or deactivated when there are one or more upcoming sessions on the purchase.
