To access the Store Items with Barcodes Report, click the App Drawer button then click View All > Reports > Sales > Store Items with Barcodes.

The Store Items with Barcodes Report is a sales report that displays all Purchase Options and products available during the selected date range with their barcodes. This report can be used to help with inventory management.

Note: Purchase Options with barcodes that have been individually edited in a client’s profile aren’t displayed in this report.

Summary cards in the Store Items with Barcodes

Summary cards	Description
Total	The total number of items purchased.

Headings in the Store Items with Barcodes Report

Heading	Description
Item Name	The name of the Purchase Option or product.
Description	If the Purchase Option or product has a description associated with it, that description is displayed.
Type	The type associated with the item is listed in this column. The column will display as Product, Asset, or a type of Purchase Option for each of those items respectively.
Category	The revenue category associated with the Purchase Option or product.
Item Price	The purchase price associated with the Purchase Option or product, not including taxes or discounts.
Item Barcode	The barcode number associated with the Purchase Option or product.
Item SKU	If a SKU code is associated with the Purchase Option or product, that identification code is listed here.

Advanced filters in the Store Items with Barcodes Report

Filter	Description
Products	Determines which product(s) to include in the report.
Revenue Categories	Determines which sales to include in the report based on the revenue categories they are classified under.
Packages	Determines which package(s) to include in the report. To learn how to create a package, see Creating or modifying a package.
Appointments Purchase Options	Determines which appointment Purchase Options to include in the report. Appointment Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Appointment selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. Class & Events Purchase Options	Determines which class/event Purchase Options to include in the report. Class/event Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Class/Events selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
Assets Purchase Options	Determines which asset Purchase Options to include in the report. Asset Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Asset selected as the Purchase Option Service Category. For more information, see Creating or modifying a membership or Creating or modifying a session pass.
Gym Visits Purchase Options	Determines which gym Purchase Options to include in the report. Gym Purchase Options are Purchase Options with Gym Visits Options selected as the Purchase Option Service Category.
