To access the Wellhub integration, click the App Drawer 
, then click View All > Setup > Integrations > Wellhub.
Understanding the Wellhub integration
Wellhub (formerly known as "Gympass") is a monthly membership program that allows its clients to try out new fitness studios each month. When you sign up with Wellhub, clients can discover and try your classes using their Wellhub membership.
What you can do with the Wellhub integration
The Wellhub integration allows you to connect and track new and existing clients. Review the options below to learn how.
Show your services and other offerings off to prospective clients in your area who already use Wellhub .
Track Wellhub bookings in WellnessLiving. These bookings are marked as drop-in sessions on the client’s Attendance History and Upcoming Schedule pages, and marked as paid with Wellhub on the attendance list.
Use the information Wellhub provides you to enter an approximate revenue for Wellhub clients when you’re scheduling a class or modifying a class schedule. Your reports will update to reflect these changes.
Getting started with the Wellhub integration
Before clients can use Wellhub to find and book your services, you must complete the following:
Sign up for Wellhub – Visit the Wellhub website to find more information about Wellhub and to contact a representative.
Integrate with WellnessLiving – Integrate your Wellhub account with your WellnessLiving account.
Key tips
Client check-ins
Clients who book services using Wellhub must check in to their sessions through Wellhub first. If a staff member or client attempts a check-in through another method without checking in through Wellhub first, an error message will be displayed. For more information, see How do I do the check-in? on the Wellhub website.
Hidden services
Classes and events with empty DESCRIPTION fields won’t be displayed on Wellhub . For more information, see Class type general information settings.
Classes and events that are only available to specific client types won’t be displayed on the business’s schedule in Wellhub .
Appointments on Wellhub
Currently, appointments can’t be integrated with Wellhub .
Modifying Wellhub bookings
Service bookings made through Wellhub can’t be canceled or otherwise modified from WellnessLiving. Any desired changes must be made directly through Wellhub.
