You can view a client’s entire purchase history from their client profile. The purchase history lists all of a client’s purchases during the selected date range.
Note: If a transaction has been modified, those modifications will appear on the client’s Transaction page but not in their purchase history.
To view a client's purchase history, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
and enter the client’s information in the box. In the list of clients displayed, click the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Account.
On the Account menu, click Purchases. A report of the client’s purchases is displayed. To learn how to customize the report or apply filters, see View or customize a report.
