Before you get started, here are a few quick tips to ensure your widget looks and functions great:
Use HTTPS for a secure connection— Use
https://to keep your site safe and ensure the widget loads smoothly.Test on mobile and desktop – After embedding, preview the widget on different devices to check the layout.
Embed steps for each website builder
We provide step-by-step instructions for adding your widget to popular website builders like WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, and GoDaddy. To get started, you’ll first need to copy the widget code. The exact steps may vary slightly depending on the type of widget you’re embedding.

To copy your widget code:
Open the App Drawer
then go to Setup > Website Widgets and select a widget.For some widgets, click the Action button or Settings button to access the embed code.
Click Embed, Copy, or highlight the code, right-click, and select Copy.
Once you’ve copied the widget code:
Follow the instructions for your website builder below.
If your builder isn’t listed, look for an HTML
<>, Embed, or Custom Code block.Paste your widget code into that section and save your changes.
🟦 WordPress
To add your widget code to a WordPress site, follow these steps:
Edit the page or post where you want the widget to appear.
Click the + button and add a Custom HTML block.
Paste your iframe embed code inside the block.
Click Preview to see the widget.
Click Update or Publish to make it live.
🛍️ Shopify
To add your widget code to a Shopify site, follow these steps:
From your Shopify admin, go to Online Store > Pages.
Edit the page you want to update or create a new one.
Switch to HTML view (click the
<>icon).Paste your iframe code.
Click Save and preview your page.
🌐 Wix
To add your widget code to a Wix site, follow these steps:
Open the Wix Editor and navigate to the page where you want to add the widget.
Click Add (+) > Embed > Embed a Widget.
Paste your iframe code in the code box.
Resize the box to at least 1050px tall.
Click Publish.
▢ Squarespace
To add your widget code to a Squarespace site, follow these steps:
Edit the page and click an insert point to add a Code Block.
Paste your iframe code into the block.
Click Apply, then Save the page.
View your site to confirm the widget appears correctly.
💼 GoDaddy Website Builder
To add your widget code to a GoDaddy site, follow these steps:
Go to your GoDaddy Website Builder and open your site editor.
Click Add Section and choose HTML.
Paste your iframe code into the HTML box.
Click Done, then Publish your site.
