Understanding Google reviews

Clients can leave reviews for your business via the Client Web App, Review Widget, Achieve Client App, or WellnessLiving Explorer listing. The reviews can also be displayed on your Google Business Profile under Reviews from the web when potential clients search for your business or services on Google. Reviews from the Client Web App, Review Widget, Achieve Client App, and the WellnessLiving Explorer listing won’t be displayed on your Google Business Profile until you’ve received enough reviews to meet Google’s minimum requirements.

Neither you nor WellnessLiving can choose the reviews that are shown on Google Reviews and not all reviews made through WellnessLiving accounts appear on Google Reviews. Client reviews are more likely to be displayed on Google Reviews when you engage with or reply to them.

Getting started with Google reviews

To ensure that your clients’ reviews are properly displayed on your Google Business Profile, complete the following steps:

  1. Check your business and locations names – Your Google My Business name and WellnessLiving location name must be identical. To change your Google My Business name, see Google’s help page. To change your WellnessLiving location name, see Adding or modifying a location.

  2. Gather reviews from your clients – Send your clients requests for reviews and keep track of all the reviews you’ve received directly from WellnessLiving.

  3. View your reviews on Google – Once you reach Google’s minimum requirements by collecting client reviews, new and prospective clients will see your reviews when they search for your business on Google.
