Opt out of Purchase Option auto-renewal or conversion as a client

As a client, you can use the Client Portal to opt out of having your Purchase Options auto-renew or convert when they expire. You can only opt out if your Purchase Options have the Enable Client Control setting selected.

Opt out of Purchase Option auto-renewal or conversion as a client

To opt out of Purchase Option auto-renewal or conversion as a client, complete the following:

  1. In the top menu, click My Profile.

  2. Click the Passes & Memberships tab.

  3. On the Passes & Memberships page, find the Purchase Option from which you want to opt out.

  4. Clear the Auto-Renew or Convert to [Purchase Option name] checkbox.
