Resend an email to a client from the client profile. The resent email will be a duplicate of the original email and will appear on the client’s Contact History page.
Note: Emails that generate fail to send still appear in the client’s contact history, but can be resent using the method in this article. Emails that aren't generated can't be resent.
Resend an email to a client
To resend an email to a client:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
and enter the client’s information, then click the client’s name.
On the side menu, click Contact History.
Find the email you want to resend, then click the More button
and then click Resend.
In the confirmation popup, click OK.
