Staff members can change the email address associated with a client’s profile. This email is used by the client to sign in to the Client Portal, to check in to classes or appointments using the Self Check-In Kiosk, and to receive notifications and content from your business.
Change a client's email address
To change a client's email address, complete the following:
On the Top Nav Bar, click the Search button
, enter the client’s information in the box, and select the client from the list.
On the side menu, click Profile Details.
Under Email, enter the new email address.
Click Save.
If the message Client Email already exists in WellnessLiving appears:
Create a new profile using the email you want to use.
Once the profile is created click the three dots in the top right and select Merge Profile.
Enter the name of the original client profile and click Merge.
