Reimbursement Details by Location Report (Enterprise Report)

To access the Reimbursement Details by Location Report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Enterprise Reports > Reimbursement Details by Location.

The Reimbursement Details by Location Report is an enterprise report that displays a list of client reimbursements, sorted by each Enterprise Location.

Headings in the Reimbursement Details by Location Report

Heading

Description

User ID

The client ID of the client that has been reimbursed.

Franchisee

The name of the franchise location.

Business ID

The business ID of the franchise location.

Client

The client who was reimbursed.

Relevant details about the client, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

If the reimbursement was provided to the business, the franchise location’s name is listed in this column.

Provider Name

The name of the wellness program provider.

Status

The status of the client’s reimbursement. The possible statuses are: Active, Pending, Cancelled, and On Hold.

Total Reimbursed

The amount of the client’s reimbursement.

Admin Fee

The administrative fee for processing the client’s reimbursement.

Early Term Fee

The early termination fee for the client’s reimbursement.

Total Taxes

The amount of tax on the client’s reimbursement.

Total Deposited

The total amount of money charged or deposited by the provider.

Workout Month

The month for which the client will be reimbursed.

Workout Year

The year for which the client will be reimbursed.

Rebate Denied Reason

If the reimbursement was denied, the reason for denial is listed in this column.

Advanced filters in the Reimbursements Details by Location Report

Filter

Description

Country

Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the country in which they occurred.

Region

Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the region in which they occurred.

State/Province

Use this filter to determine which sales to include based on the state or province in which they occurred.

Location

Use this filter to determine which locations to include in the report.

Program Type

Use this filter to determine which client reimbursements to include in the report based on the program type. Program type can be Club Reimbursements or Member Reimbursements.

Rebate Year

Use this filter to determine which client reimbursements to include in the report based on the rebate year.

Import Source

Use this filter to determine which client reimbursements to include in the report based on the import source of the reimbursement details. Import source can be in api or file.

Rebate Month

Use this filter to determine which client reimbursements to include in the report based on the rebate month.

Provider

Use this filter to determine which client reimbursements to include in the report based on the wellness program provider.
