Cross-Location Visits Details Report (Enterprise Report)

To view the Cross-Location Visits Details report, open the App Drawer then click View All > Reports > Enterprise Reports > Cross-Locations Visits Details.

The Cross-Location Visits Details report is an enterprise report that displays the details of visits clients made to Enterprise Locations other than their home location.

Description

Total

The total number of cross-location visits made during a selected date range.

Headings in the Cross-Location Visits Details report

Heading

Description

Date of Service

The date the visit was made.

Client

The client who made the visit.

Relevant details about the client, such as pass status, waiver status, contract status, special notes, unpaid visits, and account balance will be noted here by small icons. Hover over any icon to learn more.

Home Location

The client’s home location.

Visit Location

The location that was visited.

Paid With

The Purchase Option used to pay for the service.

Sold Location

The location where the service was sold to the client.

Service

The service attended by the client.

Revenue

The revenue generated by clients while visiting the secondary location.

Advanced filters in the Cross-Location Visit Details Report

Filter

Description

Home Location

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the home location associated with their profile. This filter will only search for active locations, deactivated locations will not be displayed.

Location Visited

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the location they visited.

Sold Location

Determines which clients to include in the report based on the location that sold the service to the client.
