You can use the Client Portal to cancel any upcoming services.
Key tips
Some businesses may disallow client cancelations for some or all of their services. In this case, you'll need to reach out to a staff member to cancel your service.
If you cancel a recurring booking with no set end date, it will auto re-book.
Only staff can cancel multiple sessions in a recurring series.
After a block event starts, you can’t cancel an individual session without canceling the rest. All canceled sessions will be marked as Late Canceled.
Cancel an upcoming service
To cancel an upcoming service:
Click My Schedule.
In the Upcoming Schedule, click the Action
button next to the service you want to cancel.
Select Cancel Session.
